But being a good director does not only include being there to rant things that your people must do, but he must also be a good listener. Someone who could guarantee that he will be willing to listen to the advice of the others. Because there may be some suggestion that could be helpful to the success they are wanting to achieve.
They would say that the part of being the director is harder than those who are acting it. Because everything would start with how he deals with things. He would be the one doing the initiative so he can get everything work together in achieving their main goal and that is to amuse everyone who will be watching the play.
