There will be many times you will be challenged throughout this life (if it didn't challenge you...you wouldn't be growing). That comes with the territory. But if you stick with it and dedicate yourself to simply "showing up" no matter how hard the day may be, you will grow.
You will grow in ways you never imagined.
You are going to develop your mind, body, and soul.
It's time you step into everything that scares you and frightens you and change your life every single day.
