Poems Of Inspiration For You

By Jennie Sandoval

A Poem about Dreams, Mighty Oak, Faith and Courage in Life, You will Never see me fall, Chasms and Bridges, Dear Addiction and The Strongest Girl I Ever Knew are some poems of inspiration you should get acquainted with as they can help you overcome challenges and pressures of life. As you carry out your daily activities, these challenges and pressures tend to show up. You can read these poems at work or during break times.

A Poem about Dreams was written by Mary Wismer. The poem talks about the power of imagination and setting targets. The poet aims at encouraging people to strive for the best in spite of the numerous challenges in life.

Mighty Oak by Kathy J Parenteau is another inspirational poem. The poet uses the oak to represent man and the challenges they face. The poem is a great motivator and encourages people of all ages to appreciate life no matter the challenges they face. The poet is also known to be the writer of other poems such as The Locket and A Soldier Died Alone. Mighty Oak was actually written as a tribute when Kathy lost her dad.

Everyone should have faith and courage because these virtues are necessary for survival. This is clearly written in the lines of the poem, "Faith and Courage in Life" written by Angie Flores. Life is full of ups and downs and sometimes, things may not go on as planned. In such times, faith is required to make progress. People are also bound to make mistakes in life. However, those mistakes can be your stepping stone if you learn from them.

"You will Never See me fall" by Joyce Alacantra is one of those inspirational poems you should read when it seems like you are getting little results from your hard work. It is a poem that can make you continue in your struggle for survival no matter the experiences you have. People say life is easy but in reality it is not. However, do not be discouraged when you experience tough times.

Young men and women often feel very discouraged and despised when their lovers leave them. Janet Michael also felt this way at a time in her life when she wrote the poem, "While You Weren't There". She referred to the guy who abandoned her in the relationship and how the situation made her stronger.

Some people are born blind; some are crippled while some have other forms of challenges. People with these kinds of challenges are encouraged to hear the story of Ronald Doe. Ronald Doe had a little sister who was paralyzed from the age of 16. This little girl never gave up on her values and learned to appreciate life even more. This story is contained in his poem, "The Strongest Girl that Ever Lived".

Chasms and Bridges by Ted L Glines is one of the poems of inspiration that encourages people to forget about complaining and make positive moves to solve existing problems and also encourage others. In spite of the differences that abound, Ted L Glines is encouraging you to use that difference to impart something that may be missing in your neighbor's life.
