Draft the proposition in accordance with the RFP. The RFP serves as a guide for making the plan so it is necessary that one must follow this. The content of the RFP is mostly about the requirements of the end-user. This makes it easier for the person to write the plan.

Make the goals clear and definite. By having a clear goal in mind and in paper, it will be easy to tell that the plan has an output to look forwards to. This will give an impression that there is a direction for the project to travel to. This will also assure the reviewers that their resources are in good hands.

Show an impact on student's life. All project should have a positive impact on the member's of the community. The impact will determine how much support one will get from the community, whether that is financially or morally.

Find a way to complete the project. There are times when the company does not give one enough resources. When this happens, one's skills are being tested. Companies would like to know how one is going to use his own assets to fill the gaps in his resources.

Ask the right question to the right person. Meaning, one must collaborate well with people. A well-written report is not just done by one person. It is a collaboration of more than one mind.

Do not hesitate to rewrite the draft. Not because it was rejected once does it mean it will get rejected forever. One will just need to get better at proposal writing DC in order to make an excellent result that will put the interviewers in awe.
